Moderators are tasked with checking icons / away messages that a
re submitted to their chosen category. They have the power to accept
or decline new icons / away's and delete ones that they find inappropriate
to thier category. Moderators can also create sub categorys to thier
sections.
To become a moderator you need to be a silver member.
